3. Scope of Records
Records subject to this requirement include correspondence with public institutions, meeting and consultation records, liaison activity logs, and any commitments or positions communicated to a government or regulatory counterpart, together with supporting internal review and authorisation documentation.
4. Reporting Obligations
Material developments arising from public-institution engagement must be reported to Executive Leadership according to defined reporting cycles, with matters affecting institutional neutrality or cross-jurisdictional consistency reported without delay, consistent with established escalation thresholds.
5. Retention and Access
