Forums and initiatives bring together diverse participants, including members, government bodies and, where relevant, non-member counterparts. Without defined engagement protocols, such settings risk becoming unstructured or inconsistent in the standard of discussion they produce.
3. Preparation of Engagement
Each forum or initiative session is prepared with a defined purpose and agenda, informed by the Chamber's research and intelligence function, ensuring discussion is grounded in current, verified conditions relevant to the subject at hand.
4. Conduct of Engagement
Participants are expected to engage constructively and in accordance with the Chamber's Code of Conduct, with facilitation provided by authorized Secretariat personnel to ensure discussion remains substantive and consistent with the forum's stated purpose.
5. Confidentiality Considerations
